Lead complex WordPress implementations (custom plugins, migrations, security, and performance) alongside designers and client IT teams at our Novi Sad studio.
Pay €2,200–3,200 gross / month
Ship features across the stack for client products: polished UI, solid APIs, and pragmatic CI/CD, with clear communication with designers and stakeholders.
Pay €2,400–3,600 gross / month
Campaign visuals, social assets, and presentation design that stay on-brand, working with product designers when a launch needs one story.

An entry-level path alongside seniors: extend components, tidy up flows, and learn client-ready craft with structured feedback and gradual ownership.

Lead delivery for clients in Serbia, the region, and abroad from our Novi Sad studio: roadmaps, risks, and alignment between design, development, and clients.
