About the role
You ship features across the stack—Next.js or React SPAs, Node services, Postgres or managed data stores, and the glue in between (auth, webhooks, CMS bridges).
We value readable code, small PRs and engineers who can explain trade-offs to designers without walls of jargon.
Responsibilities
- Implement product UI from Figma specs with attention to accessibility and responsive behavior.
- Design and document REST or GraphQL endpoints; integrate third-party APIs reliably.
- Own the CI/CD basics for your projects—preview deploys, env hygiene, rollbacks.
- Join technical calls with the client when scope or feasibility needs a grounded answer.
- Mentor contributors or juniors on the patterns we want to repeat.
Terms
- Production TypeScript experience on both the client and the server.
- Fluent in the React ecosystem; comfortable with SSR/SSG when a project calls for it.
- Solid SQL fundamentals; a pragmatic approach to ORMs and migrations.
- Tests where they buy confidence—unit for logic, integration for critical paths.
- Right to work in Serbia; hybrid at the Novi Sad studio or remote from within the country / region.
Nice to have
- Depth with Vercel, AWS or similar hosting.
- Stripe, Segment or marketing automation integrations.
Compensation and benefits
Gross salary: €2,400–3,600 per month, based on experience. Employment contract, pension and health insurance, 20–24 days of annual leave and private health insurance under the local package.

- Hybrid: In-person collaboration on agreed studio days.
- Equipment: A high-end laptop and a stipend for peripherals.
