Why we build this in-house
PropertyDesk is a studio special project, not a client website. We’re building it because we kept seeing the same problems with developers and agencies: Excel files without versions, Viber groups for reservations, commissions calculated by hand, contracts in Word. The answer is one platform-from building and floor to FIFO payment allocation and agency payouts-written for the Serbian market, not adapted from a foreign ERP.
Our experience with sites like Keser Real Estate showed where the public listing ends and operations begin. PropertyDesk covers that second half: inventory, KYC, Kanban, IPS QR deposits, PDF contracts, a 12-month cash flow and a public project microsite. What the system actually does
It’s built for developers running several buildings and for agencies that need to see up-to-date inventory-each side has its own portal. It’s not a generic CRM: 10% VAT for new builds or 2.5% for the resale market, a JMBG/PIB (personal ID / tax ID) checklist and a block on contracts until KYC is complete.
- Projects and inventory - building → entrance → floor → unit, Excel import, PDF price list
- CRM with KYC - individuals and companies, foreign buyers, duplicate detection, GDPR
- Kanban reservations - one active reservation per unit, automatic expiry, conversion to sale
- Online reservations with IPS QR - public link, the buyer scans to pay the deposit, you confirm receipt
- Contract generator - templates with placeholders, a PDF in seconds, audit trail
- FIFO payments and commissions - allocation to the oldest installments, referral code and QR per agency
- Cash flow and reports - 12-month projection, margin per project, CSV/XLSX export
- Project microsite - a toggle and a public site with available units, no separate web team needed
How we build it
It’s led by Marko Banović at CraftedPixel. The loops are short: first the flows that bring in money (unit → reservation → deposit → contract → installment), then reporting. Data stays in the EU, with encryption and a permanent audit log. Plans on the site: Starter €49, Growth €149, Scale €399 per month-plus an early-access package (free import of your first Excel file, setup of one project, a 60-minute team onboarding).
After 1.0, the roadmap includes a WordPress plugin for syncing units, an AI assistant on the project site, e-signatures and a developer–agency marketplace. If you need a similar product for another industry, the same team builds client systems too-start with contact.
