About the role
You are the operational backbone for multi-quarter engagements: turning SOWs into milestones, running weekly client rituals, and keeping scope, risk, and quality visible.
You will work in Serbian with the Novi Sad team and in English with clients from the region and abroad; confidence in both languages and sharp async updates are essential.
Responsibilities
- Maintain roadmaps, release plans, and RAID logs; surface tradeoffs early.
- Run sprint planning, demos, and retros with the design and engineering pods.
- Turn client feedback into prioritized tickets with acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate UAT, launch checklists, and handoff documentation.
- Track utilization and flag resourcing risks to the principals.
Terms
- Proven experience delivering software or large web projects with external clients.
- Strong English (C1+) for calls and writing; fluent Serbian for local collaboration.
- Confident with Jira, Linear, or an equivalent; you can build a board leadership actually reads.
- You understand design and engineering workflows. You don’t need to code, but you can’t be afraid of tickets.
- Eligible to work full-time in Serbia from our Novi Sad studio.
Nice to have
- Experience with agency retainers or fixed-bid + change-order models.
- Familiarity with Figma comments and the basics of developer handoff.
Compensation and benefits
Gross salary: €1,800–2,800 per month, depending on experience. Employment contract, pension and health insurance, 20–24 days of annual leave, and private health insurance under the local package. Hybrid in Novi Sad.

- Hardware and tools are provided.
- Budget for English coaching if you want to polish your presenting.
Working conditions and policies
- Hours: CET working hours; occasional late-afternoon calls with clients abroad.
- Travel: Rare; occasional workshops in Serbia or the region when mutually agreed.
- Confidentiality: Client NDAs; no side work that conflicts with active accounts.
