Web design

Interfaces people actually use. We connect strategy, interaction and visual craft—then hand off work your engineers can implement without guesswork.

Engagements 2–12 week sprints
Tools Figma · FigJam · Your DS
Deliverables Files + specs + QA

How we engage

Whether you need a focused sprint or a partner through launch, we anchor on outcomes: clarity for users, alignment for stakeholders and files your team can maintain. No mystery layers, no deliverables that live only in a slide deck.

  • Sprint - time-boxed discovery → prototype → UI for one flow or feature set.
  • Embedded partner - ongoing design alongside your product team through GA.
  • Audit and plan - we assess UX/UI debt and prioritize fixes before you commit to a rebuild.

How the pieces connect

One continuous thread from a fuzzy problem to dev-ready files—we don’t toss screens over the wall and disappear.

01

Product and UX strategy

We frame the problem before the pixels—so design decisions trace back to user and business goals, not the loudest opinion in the room.

We start by mapping who you serve, what “success” means in measurable terms and which journeys matter most. That becomes a shared brief: problem statements, opportunity areas and guardrails (accessibility, brand, technology) that every later artifact respects.

For greenfield products we rely on lightweight workshops and competitive reviews. For mature apps we add heuristic reviews and signals from analytics, so we don’t redesign what already works.

02

Wireframes and prototypes

From gray boxes to clickable flows—so you test assumptions early and give engineering something concrete to estimate.

We move from low-fidelity structure to high-fidelity interaction in deliberate steps. Every screen has named states: default, loading, empty, error, success—so nobody discovers edge cases in launch week.

Prototypes are built for their audience: a stakeholder walkthrough, usability tests or a development reference. We tie components to your design system when one exists, or set sensible defaults while the system is still taking shape.

03

Visual and UI design

Typography, color, density and motion that feel intentional—aligned with the brand and resilient across every breakpoint.

We design UI that survives real content: long labels, translated strings and dense data. Components come with specs for spacing, hover, focus and disabled states, so accessibility isn’t an afterthought.

When you already have a system, we extend it. When you don’t, we deliver a coherent kit you can grow—without a thousand one-off styles.

04

User research and testing

Enough evidence to de-risk decisions—without turning every release into a six-month study.

We run moderated or unmoderated tests on prototypes or live builds, recruit the right audience (or work with your customers) and synthesize findings into prioritized fixes—not a slide deck nobody opens.

When budgets are tight, we combine targeted interviews with heuristic passes and analytics signals, so you still move forward with your eyes open.

05

Design QA and developer handoff

What ships matches what was approved—tokens, spacing and behavior documented the way engineers actually use them.

We export structured handoffs: naming that maps to code, redlines where they help and links to dev mode. During the build we spot-check QA on staging—catching regressions before users do.

If you use Storybook or a design system pipeline, we align variables and component props so design and code share one vocabulary.

“They turned a backlog of UX debt into shippable pieces—engineering stopped guessing in Slack and we finally had one source of truth in Figma.”

Roadmap

On the horizon

We invest in capabilities that follow where teams are heading—not in buzzwords for the homepage. Here’s what we’re actively exploring and piloting with select clients.

In pilot

AI-assisted research synthesis

Structured tagging and theme extraction from interview transcripts—reviewed by people so nuance doesn’t get flattened.

Exploring

Design system operations

Ongoing governance: contribution workflows, deprecation cycles and Figma ↔ code drift audits for growing product organizations.

Coming soon

Accessibility remediation sprints

WCAG passes with engineer-friendly tickets—prioritized by user impact and legal risk.

Exploring

Localized UX kits

RTL, text expansion and per-locale patterns, so international launches don’t break the layout or the tone.

What a typical two weeks looks like

Every engagement adapts—but this rhythm keeps stakeholders aligned without endless status theater.

Week 1

  • Kickoff + access to analytics, repo links and brand files
  • Workshop or async brief to lock the problem and success metrics
  • Low-fi flows for the riskiest journey; quick internal review

Week 2

  • Clickable prototype or hi-fi slice for the agreed scope
  • Stakeholder walkthrough + consolidated feedback log
  • Handoff package or research plan for the next increment

What we need from you

  • One product owner (or triad) who can make decisions
  • Read-only Figma / FigJam or an equivalent for async review
  • An engineer in the loop for mid-sprint feasibility checks
  • Brand guidelines or permission to define interim tokens

You might be better off starting elsewhere

UI/UX is the right door when discovery, interaction or visual clarity is the bottleneck. If the real constraint is implementation, SEO or the brand story itself, a different engagement usually delivers value faster.

UI/UX engagements

Practical answers before you book a call—aligned with how we actually work, not a generic agency template.

Ask a specific question
Workshops or async briefs, Figma/FigJam artifacts, annotated prototypes and written handoff notes for the agreed scope. Research recruitment costs and third-party tools are quoted separately if you want them under our name.
We work in time-boxed slices with a visible feedback log—usually two consolidated passes per major milestone (e.g. prototype, then UI). Ad-hoc “one more small thing” loops are where budgets die; we batch feedback so you stay in control.
Yes—that’s our default when you have one. We extend components, document variants and flag token drift. If there’s no system, we deliver a minimal kit you can grow instead of a pile of one-off screens.
We join async threads and scheduled reviews as needed, annotate dev mode and QA staging against the approved spec. We don’t replace your eng lead—but we close the gap between design intent and what ships.
We offer focused heuristic and analytics-informed audits with a prioritized backlog—often a better choice than a full UI sprint. Mention it in your message and we’ll propose the smallest engagement that still addresses the risk.
