Overview
Stikibee was made by parents, for parents. The idea is simple: kids’ things shouldn’t get lost or mixed up, and should be easy to recognize at kindergarten and school. The store has eight sets: a school kit (grades 1–4 and 5–8), a kindergarten set, standard, mini and starter sets, plus sets for school supplies. Prices range from RSD 699 to RSD 2,299. The standard set has 165 stickers in eight types and sizes, from large and round to mini pencil stickers and clothing labels.
The product isn’t the same box for every buyer. Each set carries the child’s name, the design the child picked and a font, so the heart of the project is the configurator: buyers build the set themselves and see exactly what will be printed. Constraint
A personalized product can’t go back on the shelf. If a parent mistypes a letter, picks a font that’s hard to read or can’t see how the name fits on a small pencil sticker, the whole set goes in the trash. So the store has to show the result before payment, on every sticker type in the set, not on a single illustration.
Names come in both Cyrillic and Latin script, short and long, so the text has to wrap onto two lines on its own when it doesn’t fit. Buyers are parents ordering on their phones, between errands, right before school starts. Every step has to be clear without instructions.
They arrived fast, they’re easy to apply and they really stay on. I’ve already recommended them to my friends.
Approach
For the store we chose WordPress and WooCommerce, because the team runs products, prices, sales and orders on its own. What an off-the-shelf plugin couldn’t do, we built specifically: a configurator that is part of the product page, not an add-on to it. The same choice of design, name and font flows into the preview, the cart and the print order.

One configurator, eight sets
The sets differ in the number and type of stickers: large, round, medium, small, tiny, mini pencil stickers and clothing labels. Instead of eight different forms, each set describes its own sticker types, and the configurator draws the preview from that. A new set or a new size goes in as data, not as a new page.
Designs are split by age and taste: Girls, Teen girls, Boys, Teen boys and Kindergarten. Fonts unlock only once a name is entered, so parents choose a font on their own child’s name, not on a sample. The buy button stays locked until all three steps are done, so no incomplete set reaches the printer. Live at stikibee.rs.

What we built
The configurator had to be simple enough for a parent on a phone and precise enough for print. Preview, selection and order share the same data, so what the buyer sees on screen reaches production without retyping.

Results
Stikibee sells a personalized product as if it were ready-made: buyers choose, see and pay in one flow, without sending names by message or going back and forth about the look. In their reviews, parents write what the brand promised: things don’t get lost anymore, and kindergarten teachers can see right away what belongs to whom.
The team runs sets, prices and sales in WooCommerce on its own, and a new design or sticker type goes into the configurator without a new page. The store is live at stikibee.rs.
